It is no surprise that every time a new piece of technology comes out, it spawns so many parallel industries, businesses, and ancillary services. When instant messaging came out, look what it did to the world. No one could have imagined that, at some point in the future, we would use it for authentication, flight alerts, food delivery, and so much more.

When Twitter was born, the skepticism was the same. Look at how powerful Twitter is today. In 2007, if you wanted to live stream any event, the amount of technology and gear required was unheard of. Now, if you want to stream, all you have to do is pick up your mobile phone, tap live, and you are streaming. How cool is that?

That brings me to something Naval Ravikant said, which I have mentioned in my other podcasts and posts: 1 in 400 people know how to code, but 400 out of 400 people know of a solution to a problem. Because people could not code, they could not solve those problems.

I wrote about this before in The AI-Driven Economic Revolution: From Code Barriers to GDP Transformation, and I keep coming back to the same idea.

From last year’s vibe coding to what is now simply coding, because everyone is coding using AI, can you imagine the kind of industry it is going to spawn, and is already spawning? If you have an idea now, you may not even have to prompt it in the old way anymore. Even that era or phase has passed us. Now you simply describe what you want done, and the AI will do it for you.

Think about this: you want to make a CRM for yourself, like I did. We used to use Pipedrive, but Pipedrive had some limitations. Then we tried this and that, but eventually, what did we do? We ended up making our own.

Is it good? No, it is not good. It is super, super good. It does everything we wanted it to do, and then some. Anything that pops up, we are able to tell the AI, and it fixes it.

The same thing applies to an editor. Imagine making a website editor for your website, and making it so customizable just by simply telling it, “Can you do this? Can you do this? Can you do this?” And it does it.

As this technology reaches regular people, people like you and me will be able to describe the problem, and it will take care of:

  • the domain
  • the registration
  • Stripe
  • payments
  • authentication
  • the database
  • backups
  • the platform
  • delivery
  • security
  • everything else

There are so many facets. It will be so simple that I do not even know what to call it.

When you go to a restaurant, you simply say, “I want a burger.” There are so many things behind it:

  • the chain
  • the supply chain
  • the mechanics
  • the formula of the meat
  • the spices
  • the stove
  • the cook
  • the heat
  • the chef
  • the dishes
  • the restaurant
  • the location
  • the sourcing of everything
  • the vegetables

You do not ask for all that. All you get is the burger, as shown. It is the same thing: you go to a machine and say, “I want this,” and it does it.

I think the industry being spawned out of this, and I am part of it, and I am sure you are too, is just about to blow up. We are now computing and making software at the speed of thought, literally at the speed of thought. If we can think about it, the software can be made. Things that used to take months and months on end can now be done overnight.

I remember last year, in 2025, I had to get something made, and I asked for a quote from a software company in Pakistan. I was quoted around $5,000 or $6,000 for it, and I thought, okay, that seems reasonable. I tried coding it myself at the time. I tried “vibe coding” it myself, but it did not work. Anyhow, I gave up on the idea. I said, okay, I am just going to give in and pay the $5,000 or $6,000 to get the software made.

Fast forward to March 2026. With all the advancements, I decided to give it another go. It did not turn out as good as it was supposed to be, but it was good enough. I let go of that and tried it again in July. Boy, was it fantastic. Just absolutely fantastic.

Now we are coming up with ideas, applications, bridges, industries, services, and products that we simply had not thought about before. Add to that things like:

  • payments with crypto
  • 3D and 3D printing
  • advanced delivery systems
  • the ease of doing commerce
  • marketing
  • YouTube videos
  • social media posts
  • advanced animations

All of this is happening within your browser, and not even with a prompt, like I said, but simply with a chat where you tell it what to do.

It is fascinating. It is a wonderful time to be alive, and I am so excited by what is happening.
